Remix any audio into slowed + reverb — right in your browser.

Chamber transforms the audio or video playing in your tab in real time: slow it down with lush reverb, speed it into nightcore, add bass boost, or dial in your own preset. Works on YouTube, SoundCloud, Bandcamp and more.

Heads up: Chamber isn't in the Chrome Web Store yet, so this is a quick manual install (about 5 clicks). It only needs one permission — storage, to remember your settings — and nothing leaves your computer. Follow the steps for your system below.

Install it

Pick your operating system:

  1. Click Download Chamber above. Chamber-0.1.0.zip lands in your Downloads folder.
  2. Open Downloads, right-click the zip → Extract All…Extract. You'll get a folder named Chamber-0.1.0.
  3. Move that folder somewhere permanent — e.g. into Documents. Don't delete it later: your browser loads Chamber from this folder every time.
  4. Open your browser's extensions page (type it into the address bar):
    Chromechrome://extensions
    Bravebrave://extensions
    Edgeedge://extensions
  5. Turn on Developer mode — top-right toggle in Chrome/Brave; bottom-left toggle in Edge.
  6. Click Load unpacked, then select the Chamber-0.1.0 folder (the one containing manifest.json).
  7. Click the puzzle-piece icon in the toolbar and pin Chamber so it's one click away. 🎉

On restart your browser may show a "disable developer-mode extensions" notice — that's normal for anything installed outside the store. Just click Keep / dismiss it.

Use it

Open a tab that's playing audio or video (YouTube, SoundCloud, Bandcamp…), hit play, then click the Chamber icon and pick an effect — slowed + reverb, nightcore, bass boost, or a preset. If the tab was already open before you installed, just reload it once.
